Body Aches & Pains, Care and Treatment with Remedies
Body Aches, with a complete worn-out and fatigue feelings, makes it very difficult to do normal daily task comfortably.
Body aches and pains are most frequently felt after a stressful day at work or it can be caused due to injury, exercise, strain, old age, arthritis; or your body just needs time to recuperate from an illness. Sometimes, after a full days of work you may go through terrible body aches and pains.
One of the suggestions left behind by my grandparents' was with Epsom salt.
It always helps to have Epsom salt bath. Epsom salt is a natural salt, and the magnesium sulfate helps perspire out the toxic wastes from your body. It helps relax muscles; relieving muscle pains and aches.
Try this: while filling up your bath tub with warm water, add 1 cup of Epsom salt to it. Let it dissolves properly before you get into the tub. Having water little on the hot side will give you better relaxation. Soak yourself in the Epsom salt water for about half an hour. Just close your eyes and relax. After half and hour wipe dry yourself properly and apply moisturizer of your choice to avoid dryness of your skin. It feels good and relaxing. Have a painless good night sleep. Enjoy !
